Pre-payment/ Deposit for booking

All the hotels in our network operate on a pre-payment or pre-deposit

Upon receipt of your request, we will check the availability of hotels, services and, if possible, make provisional bookings.

Once we have agreed the itinerary, hotels and the price, and received your instruction to proceed (booking guide), we will ask you to transfer a minimum 20% deposit of the total amount, or US$ 100, or one night's accommodation plus one way transfer (if any) and the value of any services arranged for the first day of your stay. (This varies by hotel and season but will be advised to you on confirmation of your reservation) whichever is the greater to our bank to cover our costs if you cancel thereafter.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will make firm bookings and confirm them to you by issue "hotel voucher" by Fax or Email, which you can later show to the hotels/ our tour guide or for your accounting purpose

Deposit can be made either using a major credit card (Visa, Master, Amex. JCB, Paypal). Click here to see our methods of payment.

There is no charge when a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to check in. Click here for more details of our cancellation policy.
